Support: Each software license purchased includes 30 days free support.  After the first 30 days support is available per incident or one year subscription.  One-year subscription includes all software updates and mew releases.  Current support fee schedule is as follows:

Per incident: $45.00 – Customer support is available on a per call or incident basis. An incident is defined as an inquiry containing one problem or issue that has been received by phone, email or fax.  The incident fee will cover each inquiry until customer support has resolved the issue.  Incident fee covers a single issue per inquiry.  If multiple issues are received per inquiry, an incident fee will be charged for each issue.

Annual Subscription: starting at $549.00* – Protect your software investment and keep eRAMP compliant with MERS changes with our annual Support and Upgrade Service (SUP). SUP is available to cover unlimited phone, email and fax support.  SUP also include software updates and new releases.
