After the first 30 days support is available based on an annual support and upgrade subscription, a per incident option or included as part of your monthly pay plan. Online support is available through our Cyberlink Resource Center, which provides information about getting started with eRAMP, MINGenerator and other Cyberlink programs. Additionally, we offer an extensive, expert-driven knowledgebase, downloads, documents an deducation videos.
