Role Description

We’re seeking a part-time Contract Trainer with hands-on experience using the MeridianLink Mortgage loan origination system to train end users and system administrators. In this remote role, you’ll guide mortgage lending staff through system functionality, client-specific workflows, and best practices. Your focus will be to ensure staff quickly grasp the system’s features, optimizing their day-to-day efficiency.

You will:

  • Lead engaging, remote training sessions for new and existing end users and administrators.
  • Develop training materials tailored to varying skill levels and learning styles.
  • Provide ongoing support during and after training sessions.
  • Share industry insights and best practices to empower users.


The Ideal Candidate

You have experience in mortgage lending and training, with a deep understanding of the MeridianLink Mortgage system. You are a clear communicator, a natural teacher, and passionate about helping others succeed.

Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with the MeridianLink Mortgage system, including implementation and optimization.
  • Strong understanding of mortgage lending processes and workflows.
  • Proven training and instructional design skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage remote training sessions effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Experience in the financial or mortgage industry.
  • Relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
