This live, trainer-led online program is designed for department managers overseeing mortgage operations in MeridianLink Mortgage. In just two focused sessions, managers will gain a start-to-finish understanding of the loan process — from application intake and disclosures through underwriting, conditions, and Clear to Close. The training emphasizes system oversight, workflow management, and compliance-critical tasks, equipping managers with the knowledge to keep their teams efficient, organized, and on track. This training series is a good precursor to starting UAT testing while in the implementation phase.
